3D打印技术在超疏水材料制备中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 超疏水材料已被应用于生物医学、环境处理、能源利用、建筑交通、电子器件等重要研究领域。随着3D打印技术的快速发展,其在超疏水材料制备中开始发挥关键作用,然而相关评述文献相当匮乏。首先,结合超疏水浸润理论和构筑机理(表面形貌和表面化学),文章回顾了当前超疏水材料的主要制备技术(喷涂法、浸涂法、溶胶凝胶法等),并简要分析了相关技术方法的差别。第二,深入总结了超疏水材料制备中目前存在的问题(机械耐用性、绿色环保性、规模化制备、复杂精细化等)以及阐述了3D打印的技术优势。第三,重点综述了不同3D打印技术在超疏水材料制备中的研究进展。最后,对3D打印超疏水材料的未来发展进行了总结展望。3D打印在智能化、规模化、精确化制备上展现出独特优势,并在打印材料、打印模式、打印速度、成本控制、绿色制备、设备寿命、纳米级分辨率、应用兼容性等方面还具有一定的发展空间,可极大促进超疏水材料的工业应用。 Superhydrophobic materials had been widely applied to important research fields for biomedical engineering,environmental treatment,energy utilization,architecture,transportation,electron devices,and others.As three dimensional(3D)printing rapidly developed,it became increasingly critical for preparing superhydrophobic materials,whereas literatures were scarce.Firstly,combining with fundamental basis on superwettability and its construction based on interfacial topography and surface chemistry,the present work introduced main methods of preparing superhydrophobic materials,such as,spraying,dipping,sol-gel processes and so on,then analyzed the difference among these techniques.Secondly,critical issues on mechanical durability,environmental sustainability,large scale,and complex fine structures for preparing superhydrophobic materials were summarized,meanwhile advantages of 3D printing were stated as well.Thirdly,recent advances in 3D printed superhydrophobic materials were reviewed.Finally,the promising 3D printed superhydrophobic materials was prospected.3D printing shows huge advantages in smart,large-scale,and precise fabrication,meanwhile it could be further improved for printing materials,modes,speed,cost,green preparation,service life,nanoscale resolution,and compatibility,significantly promoting industrial applications of superhydrophobic materials.
