摘要
板坯电渣重熔是获得高质量大单重、特厚板的先进方法,其中板坯结晶器是电渣重熔技术的核心和关键。结合产品实际需求,在数值模拟的基础上,对40 t大型电渣板坯结晶器进行了设计与优化。实践表明,固定式结晶器具备良好的导热性,成型质量好,寿命高;结合单相单电极同轴导电的结构设计,生产的大型电渣板坯成分均匀、组织致密,完全满足质量要求。该关键技术具有完全的自主知识产权,可推广使用。
Slab electroslag remelting is an advanced method to obtain high-quality large single-weight and extra-thick plates.The slab crystallizer is the core and key of electroslag remelting technology.Combined with the actual demand of Anshan Iron and Steel products,and based on the numerical simulation,the design and optimization of 40 tons of large-scale electroslag slab crystallizer have been carried out.The practice shows that the fixed crystallizer has good thermal conductivity,good forming quality and high service life.Combined with the structural design of single-phase single-electrode coaxial conductivity,the produced large-scale electroslag slab has uniform composition and dense structure,which fully meets the quality requirements.The key technology has complete independent intellectual property rights and can be widely used.
