摘要 【目的】为探究添加剂的种类和含量对PVDF共混膜处理含油废水性能的影响,并应用于排水沟中含油废水的去除,同时提高含油废水的处理效果。【方法】试验采用天然蒙脱土(MMT)和盐酸(HCl),制备盐酸改性蒙脱土(HCl-MMT)作为添加剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮K30(PVP)为致孔剂,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为溶剂,通过NIPS法制备PVDF超滤膜。添加改性MMT能进一步提高膜的亲水性及改性剂在铸膜液中的分散性,同时对PVDF膜进行表征。【结果】A2组改性膜对含油污水的截留率最高,截留率为82.25%;A4组膜过滤含油污水的FRR值达到62.5%,比纯膜提高29.4%,抗污染性能显著提高。【结论】改性PVDF膜可以有效处理排水沟中的含油废水。HCl与MMT的协同作用,能够显著改善膜的过滤性能,添加改性剂后的蒙脱土对共混膜的表面结构改善效果更佳。 [Purposes]This paper aims to investigate the effect of the type and content of additives on the performance of PVDF co-blended membranes in treating oily wastewater,and apply them to the removal of oily wastewater from drainage ditches while improving the treatment effect of oily wastewater.[Methods]Natural montmorillonite(MMT)and hydrochloric acid(HCl)were used to prepare hydrochloric acid modified montmorillonite(HCl-MMT)as an additive,polyvinylpyrrolidone K30(PVP)as a porogenic agent and N,N-dimethylacetamide(DMAc)as a solvent to prepare PVDF ultrafiltration membranes by NIPS method.The addition of modified MMT could further improve the hydrophilicity of the membrane and the dispersion of the modifier in the casting solution,and the PVDF membrane was also characterized.[Findings]The results showed that the modified membranes in group A2 had the highest retention rate of 82.25%for oily wastewater;the FRR value of oily wastewater filtration in group A4 reached 62.5%,which was 29.4%higher than that of the pure membrane,and the anti-pollution performance was significantly improved.[Conclusions]The synergistic effect of HCl and MMT can significantly improve the filtration performance of the membranes,and the addition of modified montmorillonite is more effective in improving the surface structure of the co-blended membranes.
