复杂山区高含硫气田集输管道完整性管理探索与实践 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】××气田处于四川丘陵地带山区,属高含硫化氢、二氧化碳特大型海相气田,高含硫气田地面集输管网随山区地势起伏大,存在弯头多、管道高程差变化大等特点。随着气田气井产液量的增加,集输系统积液、硫沉积加剧,集输管道需加强完整性管理。【方法】借鉴国内外完整性管理理念及管理模式,结合××气田集输管道的实际情况,通过监测、检测、检验等各种方式获取管道信息。【结果】通过制定相应的风险控制对策与效能评价,探索出了适应于××气田酸气管线的完整性管理方法。【结论】本研究为保障××气田集输管道的安全平稳运行提供参考。 [Purposes]××gas field is located in the hilly area of Sichuan Province,which is a large marine gas field with high hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide.The surface gathering and transportation pipeline network of high sulfur gas field fluctuates greatly with the terrain of the mountain area.There are many elbows and the elevation difference of the pipeline varies greatly.With the increase of the liquid production of the gas well in the gas field,the liquid accumulation and sulfur deposition of the gathering and transportation system are intensified,and the integrity management of the gathering and transportation pipeline needs to be strengthened.[Methods]Through the development of integrity management concepts and management models at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of××gas field gathering and transportation pipelines,pipeline information is obtained through various methods such as monitoring,testing,and inspection.[Findings]By formulating corresponding risk control countermeasures and efficiency evaluation,the integrity management method of acid gas pipeline suitable for××gas field was explored.[Conclusions]This study provides a reference for ensuring the safe and stable operation of the gathering pipeline in××gas field.
