摘要
本文从理工科高校人文素质教育的现状切入,分析加强大学生人文素质教育的现实性、重要性、必要性,提出人文素质教育的课程体系构建、师资队伍整合、文化氛围营造、组织制度完善等实施路径,从而为理工科高校人文素质教育体系的改革实践提供理论参考与现实依据。
Starting from the current situation of humanistic quality education in science and engineering colleges,this paper analyzes the reality,importance and necessity of strengthening humanistic quality education for college students.Put forward the implementation path of humanistic quality education,such as the construction of curriculum system,the integration of teachers,the creation of cultural atmosphere,and the improvement of organizational system.Thus it provides theoretical reference and practical basis for the reform and practice of humanistic quality education system in science and engineering colleges.
