摘要
以副车架纵梁为研究对象,通过工艺分析,解决薄壁件产品在金属型低压铸造成型过程充型不良的问题。由于铸件外形尺寸较大,主要壁厚为5 mm,在金属型低压铸造过程中极易出现充型不良缺陷。针对铸件充型不良问题,研究分析影响金属液充型能力的因素,优化工艺方案,满足批量生产要求。
Taking the subframe longitudinal beam as the research object,through process analysis,the problem of poor mold filling of thin-walled products in the metal mold low-pressure casting process is solved.Due to the large overall dimension of the casting and the main wall thickness of 5 mm,poor mold filling defects are easy to appear in the process of metal mold low-pressure casting.According to the problems of poor filling type of casting,the factors affecting the filling ability of metal liquid were studied and analyzed,and the process scheme was optimized to meet the requirements of mass production.
