摘要
采用粉末冶金法制备钼锆合金,研究了不同温度退火后钼锆合金的微观组织和力学性能变化。结果表明,钼锆合金的起始再结晶温度为1100℃,终了再结晶温度为1300℃;随着退火温度的升高,钼锆合金的硬度与抗拉强度降低,在1400℃退火,钼锆合金硬度和抗拉强度值最低,硬度为50.36 HRA、抗拉强度为420 MPa。
Mo-ZrO_(2) alloys were prepared by powder metallurgy technology.The microstructure and mechanical properties of Mo-ZrO_(2) alloy after annealing at different temperatures were studied.The results show that,the s tarting recrystallization temperature is 1100℃and the ending recrystallization temperature is 1300℃.With the increase of annealing temperature,the hardness and tensile strength of Mo-ZrO_(2) alloys decrease.After annealing at 1400℃,the hardness and tensile strength of Mo-ZrO_(2) alloys are the lowest,the hardness is 50.36 HRA,and the tensile strength is 420 MPa.
