摘要
[目的/意义]开放式创新社区中用户间交互是提升用户创意质量的关键因素之一,研究用户的社会资本对其创意质量的影响以及区分社会资本中与不同类型用户的关系带来的异质性影响非常重要。[方法/过程]以乐高创意社区作为研究对象,首先采用无监督的情感分析技术根据用户评论内容的语言特征对用户进行沟通风格类型划分。基于社会资本理论构建用户创意质量的影响因素模型,探究用户的社会资本三个维度(结构型、认知型、关系型)对创意质量的影响,并进一步深入分析用户与不同类型的其他用户(赞美型、建议型、批判型)建立的社会资本联系对创意质量带来的差异性影响。根据乐高社区用户的评论关系建立评论关系网,然后采用多元回归分析进行模型验证。[结果/结论]用户的结构型社会资本正向影响创意质量,认知型社会资本与创意质量之间呈U型关系。用户的关系型社会资本对于前者起到负向调节作用,对于后者起到正向调节作用。不同类型用户间的认知型社会资本对创意质量体现出异质性影响。
[Purpose/Significance]The interaction between users in open innovation community is one of the key factors to improve users'idea quality.This paper aims to study the effect of users'social capital on idea quality and distinguish the heterogeneous impact of relationships with different types of users in social capital.[Method/Process]Taking LEGO Ideas Community as the research object,first,unsupervised sentiment analysis method was used to classify users'communication styles according to the language features of user comments.Then,based on social capital theory,a model of influencing factors of users'idea quality was constructed to explore the effect of users'social capital(structural,cognitive,and relational).Further in-depth analysis of the differential impact of social capital connections established by users with different types of other users(praise type,suggestion type,and critique type)on idea quality.A comment net was established according to the comment relationships of LEGO Ideas Community users,and then the model was verified by multiple regression analysis.[Result/Conclusion]Users'structural social capital positively affects idea quality,and there is a U-shaped relationship between cognitive social capital and idea quality.Users'relational social capital has a negative moderating effect on the former and a positive moderating effect on the latter.Cognitive social capital between different types of users has a heterogeneous impact on idea quality.
