摘要
根据2017—2018年中国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查的调查数发现,社区养老服务总体上需求较高,但供应不足,导致需求未得到满足。其中最大的不平衡是个人护理和心理咨询服务的有效供给与老年人需求之间的不平衡。此外,特定群体的老年人口存在明显的供需失衡。在需求方面,生活在中国东部和西部或城市地区的年轻的老年人对社区养老服务有较强的需求,严重残疾或低收入的农村和城镇老年人对家访医疗的需求更大,而有自理能力或收入高的老年人则需要更多的社会和娱乐服务;生活在农村和城镇或中国西部的低收入老年人对于社区养老服务的需求更容易得不到满足。
According to the survey data of CLHLS(China Elderly Health Impact Factor Tracking Survey)in 2017—2018,we found that the overall demand for community elderly care services was high,but the supply was insufficient,resulting in the demand not being met.The biggest imbalance is the imbalance between the effective supply of personal care and psychological counseling services and the needs of the elderly.In addition,there is an obvious imbalance between supply and demand among the elderly population of specific groups.In terms of demand,young elderly people living in eastern and western China or urban areas have a strong demand for community elderly care services.Rural and urban elderly people with severe disability or low income have a greater demand for home visit medical care,while elderly people with self-care ability or high income need more social and entertainment services;Low-income elderly people living in rural and urban areas or in western China are more likely to fail to meet their needs for community elderly care services.
