摘要 为改善煤矿安全生产过程中甲烷、氧气浓度、人为操作不当等因素所引发的安全生产风险,基于事故风险管理理论,依托于云计算技术以及国内外风险管理技术、流程、措施与经验,设计出满足煤矿安全生产危险源识别、评价以及控制管理的风险控制管理系统,落实生产设备、生产流程、监督管理体系以及员工等众多单位安全生产需求的闭环管理系统。通过煤矿安全生产风险闭环管理控制系统的设计与落实,能够确保煤矿生产始终处于系统化、稳定化与安全化的程序中,从根源上降低各方风险隐患对煤矿安全生产造成的消极影响,精准识别并及时控制风险隐患以及煤矿生产人员的不安全行为,全面降低或避免煤矿事故的发生。 In order to improve the safety production risks caused by factors such as methane,oxygen concentration,and improper human operation in the process of coal mine safety production,this article is based on accident risk management theory,relying on cloud computing technology and domestic and foreign risk management technologies,processes,measures,and experiences.A risk control management system that meets the identification,evaluation,and control management of coal mine safety production hazards is designed,and production equipment and processes are implemented.A closed-loop management system that supervises the management system and the safety production needs of numerous units such as employees.The design and implementation of a closed-loop management and control system for coal mine safety production risks can ensure that coal mine production is always in a systematic,stable,and safe process,reduce the negative impact of various risk hazards on coal mine safety production from the root,accurately identify and timely control risk hazards and unsafe behaviors of coal mine production personnel,and comprehensively reduce or avoid the occurrence of coal mine accidents.
