煤矿井下瓦斯抽采工艺的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决煤矿井下瓦斯抽采率低的不足,结合井下实际情况,提出了综合瓦斯抽采技术,在2#煤层采用本煤层瓦斯抽采+高位定向钻孔抽采方案,在老空区则采用了插管抽采方法,对不同瓦斯抽采技术的应用技术和封孔技术进行了分析。结果表明,新的瓦斯抽采工艺的抽采率比优化前提高了62.5%,有效的提升了煤矿井下综采作业的效率和安全性。 In order to solve the problem of low gas extraction rate in coal mines,a comprehensive gas extraction technology was proposed based on the actual situation underground.In the 2#coal seam,a gas extraction+high-level directional drilling extraction scheme was adopted,while in the old goaf,a pipe insertion extraction method was used.The application technology and sealing technology of different gas extraction technologies were analyzed.The results show that the extraction rate of the new gas extraction process has increased by 62.5%compared to before optimization,effectively improving the efficiency and safety of comprehensive mining operations in coal mines.
