摘要
有机酸是烟叶香气物质的重要组成部分,直接影响烟叶及其制品的品质。有机酸可以调节烟草的pH值、平衡烟味,使口感醇厚;在电子烟中通过使用有机酸来降低游离烟碱比例并形成“烟碱盐”,促进烟碱被吸收。烟草及其制品的口感和香气与某些有机酸,特别是某些挥发性有机酸的含量密切相关,有机酸的种类和含量直接影响到烟草及其制品的香韵表现和感官品质,因此有机酸在传统烟草、新型烟草制品研究与生产都有着重要意义。本文通过对烟草有机酸近期研究报告的综合检索,综述了烟草及其相关制品的有机酸常用分析方法,以期为烟草及其相关制品中有机酸的含量检测提供相应的参考。
The types and contents of organic acids in tobacco directly affect the aroma performance and sensory quality of cigarettes.Based on the comprehensive retrieval of recent research reports on tobacco organic acids,the analytical methods of tobacco organic acids,such as gas chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography,and ion chromatography,were reviewed,and their advantages and disadvantages were discussed.The effect of organic acids on the quality of tobacco and the research progress of its efficacy is also described in order to provide a theoretical basis for the research of organic acids in tobacco.
