摘要
挥发性有机物不仅危害人体健康,也是大气污染物臭氧和细颗粒物的前体物。挥发性有机物的排放主要集中在汽车、家具、印刷、有机化工等行业,涉及的挥发性有机物排放强度大、浓度高、种类多,是挥发性有机物治理的重点和难点。本文结合山东省挥发性有机物排放标准体系的要求,选择汽车制造业、家具制造业、印刷业和有机化工行业为研究对象,分类研究了各行业的标准要求、工艺特点、重点排放环节、适用的防治措施,为挥发性有机物治理提供参考。
Volatile organic compounds are not only harmful to human health,but also the precursors of atmospheric pollutants ozone and fine particulate matter.Voc emission is mainly concentrated in automobile,furniture,printing,organic chemical industry,etc.The VOC emission intensity,concentration and variety involved are the key and difficult points of VOC treatment.Combined with the requirements of the VOC emission standard system in Shandong Province,this paper selected the automobile manufacturing industry,furniture manufacturing industry,printing industry and organic chemical industry as the research object,and classified the standard requirements,process characteristics,key emission links,and applicable prevention and control measures of each industry,so as to provide reference for the treatment of VOC.
