摘要
分析了胜利油田桩23区块高含蜡原油的流变性和黏温特性。该含蜡原油的反常点为55℃,温度越低,流变指数n越小,含蜡原油越偏离牛顿流体。原油屈服值对温度较敏感,随着温度升高屈服值降低。实验确定含水原油乳状液的制备条件,探讨含蜡原油加入破乳剂后的反相点变化规律。NMDE破乳剂投加100 mg/L,可使含水40%~60%的原油流动性得到明显改善,尤其在30,40℃低温下破乳剂能显著降低含水油黏度,降黏率可高达90%以上,在高温下NMDE破乳剂对含水油的降黏幅度减小。投加破乳剂后高含蜡原油的反相点降低,含水率由60%降到50%,有利于原油管输。
The rheological properties and viscose-temperature characteristics of high waxy crude oil in Block 23 of Shengli Oilfield are analyzed.The abnormal point of waxy crude oil is 55℃.The lower the temperature,the smaller the rheological index n,and the more the waxy crude oil deviates from Newtonian fluid.The yield value of crude oil is sensitive to temperature and decreases with the increase of temperature.The preparation conditions of aqueous crude oil emulsion were determined and the change rule of reverse phase point of waxy crude oil after adding demulsifier was discussed.When NMDE demulsifier is added at 100 mg/L,the fluidity of crude oil containing 40%~60%water can be significantly improved.Especially at 30℃and 40℃,demulsifier can significantly reduce the viscosity of water-containing oil,and the viscosity reduction rate can reach more than 90%.At high temperature,the viscosity reduction range of NMDE demulsifier decreases.After the addition of demulsifier,the reverse point of waxy crude oil decreases,and the moisture content decreases from 60%to 50%,which is beneficial to pipeline transportation.
