数字化与传统制作流程对下颌全口义齿组织面精度的影响 被引量:1

The effects of digital and traditional fabrication on the precision of the intaglio surface of mandibular complete dentures

摘要 目的:量化评价下颌全口义齿传统制作与数字化制作流程中各步骤对义齿基板与黏膜密合度的影响。方法:超硬石膏翻制6副下颌无牙颌标准模型,对同一石膏模型采用传统与数字化方法进行全口义齿基板制作。对传统制作流程中印模组织面,印模灌制石膏组织面,基板蜡型组织面以及注塑成型基托组织面进行三维扫描,在Geomagic studio 2014软件中进行偏差分析。对数字化制作流程中计算机辅助设计义齿基托组织面及3D打印基托组织面进行三维扫描与偏差分析。结果:传统全口义齿制作流程中,石膏灌制过程对基板与黏膜密合度影响为(170.50±10.63)μm,基托蜡型制作过程为(159.20±20.30)μm,基板注塑成型过程为(82.23±6.46)μm,印模制取过程为(61.13±7.75)μm。数字化制作流程中,基托打印成型过程产生偏差为(108.10±5.96)μm,CAD设计产生偏差为(98.46±6.18)μm。传统全口义齿制作方法成型基板与标准石膏模型组织面偏差为(165.10±12.73)μm,数字化方法为(125.06±6.59)μm。结论:数字化制作全口义齿基板与标准石膏模型组织面密合度优于传统制作全口义齿基板与标准石膏模型组织面密合度。传统方法偏差主要产生于石膏模型灌注与注塑两步,数字化方法偏差主要产生于基板的打印过程中。 Objective:To quantitatively evaluate the effect of traditional and digital fabrication of mandibular complete denture on the fitness between denture substrate and mucosa.Methods:6 standard plaster models of mandibular edentulous jaw were fabricated with superhard plaster,and the same plaster models were fabricated as full denture substrates by traditional and digital methods respectively.In the traditional fabrication process,the tissue surfaces of the impression,the impression-filled plaster,the substrate wax and the injection molded base were respectively 3D scanned,and the deviation analysis was performed with Geomagic Studio 2014 software.3D scans and deviation analysis were performed on the computer-aided design(CAD)denture base tissue surface and 3D printed base tissue surface in the digital fabrication process.Results:In the traditional complete denture fabrication process,the plaster filling process showed the impact on the substrate and mucosa fit at(170.50±10.63)μm,on the base wax fabrication process at(159.20±20.30)μm,on the substrate injection molding process at(82.23±6.46)μm,and on the model making process at(61.13±7.75)μm.In the digital fabrication process,the deviation of the base printing process was(108.10±5.96)μm,that of the CAD was(98.46±6.18)μm.The deviation of the base plate to the standard plaster model tissue surface in the traditional full denture fabrication method was(165.10±12.73)μm,that in the digital full denture fabrication method was(125.06±6.59)μm.Conclusion:The fitness of the digitally fabricated complete denture substrate to the standard plaster model is better than that of the traditional method.The deviation of the traditional method of making full denture substrates is mainly generated in the steps of plaster model infusion and injection,while the that of the digital fabrication process is mainly generated in the printing process of the substrates.
