摘要
目的观察静脉留置针不同保留时间对预防川崎病患儿大剂量静脉注射人免疫球蛋白时致静脉损伤的影响。方法选取2020年1—9月医院收治的60例川崎病患儿为对照组,静脉留置针按输液指南保留72~96 h(按照传统方法留置);2020年10月—2021年6月收治的60例川崎病患儿作为观察组,每天输液结束即拔除静脉留置针。比较两组患儿液体外渗隐患的发生率、静脉炎发生率、家长护理满意程度。结果观察组患儿液体外渗隐患的发生率为1.67%,静脉炎发生率为3.33%,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家长护理满意程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论缩短静脉留置针留置时间可以防止川崎病患儿大剂量静脉注射人免疫球蛋白后引发的血管损伤,保障输液安全,提升患儿家长对护理工作的满意程度。
Objective To observe the effect of diff erent retention times of intravenous indwelling needles on preventing venous injury caused by high-dose intravenous injection of human immunoglobulin in children with Kawasaki disease.Methods To select 60 children with Kawasaki disease admitted to the hospital from January to September 2020 as the control group,intravenous indwelling needles were retained according to infusion guidelines for 72-96 hours(according to traditional methods);60 children with Kawasaki disease from October 2020 to June 2021were treated as the observation group,and the intravenous indwelling needle was removed after daily infusion.The incidence of potential liquid leakage,the incidence of phlebitis,and the satisfaction level of parental care were compared between the two groups of children.Results The incidence of potential liquid leakage in the observation group was 1.67%,and the incidence of phlebitis was 3.33%,both of which were lower than those in the control group,and the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the diff erence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shortening the retention time of intravenous indwelling needles can prevent vascular damage caused by high-dose intravenous injection of human immunoglobulin in children with Kawasaki disease,ensure infusion safety,and enhance the satisfaction of parents with nursing work.
