摘要
目的 探究老年高血压患者的智谋水平现状及其影响因素。方法 应用一般资料调查表、智谋量表、生活质量量表对2022年2—7月福建省某三级甲等医院就诊的228例老年高血压患者进行调查。结果 老年高血压患者智谋得分为91.98±8.95分;生活质量得分为47.25±8.85分。智谋总分及各维度得分与生活质量总分及各维度得分均呈正相关(P<0.05),多元逐步回归分析显示,年龄(B=-5.431)、文化程度(B=0.911)、家庭人均月收入(B=1.112)、有无合并症(B=2.366)、高血压分级(B=-1.736)、高血压病程(B=1.812)和生活质量得分(B=0.245)是影响老年高血压患者智谋水平的主要因素(P<0.05),共解释老年高血压患者智谋总变异的30.8%。结论 老年高血压患者智谋水平中等,年龄、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、有无合并症、高血压分级、高血压病程和生活质量是其影响因素,医护工作者可根据影响因素从疾病康复、心理调节和社会援助出发,制订针对性干预措施,提升患者智谋水平。
Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors of intelligence and counseling level in elderly hypertensive patients.Methods To investigate 228 elderly hypertensive patients who visited a tertiary A hospital in Fujian province from February to July 2022 by applying the general information questionnaire,intelligence scale,and quality of life scale.Results The intelligence score of elderly hypertensive patients was 91.98±8.95 points;the quality of life score was 47.25±8.85.The total score of intelligence and various dimensions was positively correlated with the total score of quality of life and all dimensions(P<0.05).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the age(B=-5.431),education level(B=0.911),family average monthly income(B=1.112),presence or absence of comorbidities(B=2.366),hypertension grade(B=-1.736),hypertension course(B=1.812),and quality of life score(B=0.245)were the main factors affecting the intelligence level of elderly hypertensive patients(P<0.05),accounting for 30.8%of the total variance in intelligence in elderly hypertensive patients.Conclusion Elderly patients with hypertension had a moderate level of intelligence,the age,education level,family average monthly income,presence or absence of comorbidities,hypertension grade,hypertension course,and quality of life score were the factors aff ecting the intelligence level of elderly hypertensive patients,and healthcare workers can develop targeted intervention measures based on infl uencing factors such as disease recovery,psychological regulation,and social assistance to improve their intelligence.
