基于相变蓄热的空气源热泵系统蓄放热性能实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为进一步研究基于相变蓄热的空气源热泵系统动态运行特性以及蓄放热特性,本文搭建了基于相变蓄热的空气源热泵系统蓄放热性能测试平台,并对系统进行了实验研究。研究结果表明:蓄热过程中系统平均功耗为2.3 kW,平均制热量为5.4 kW,平均性能系数为2.4,冷凝蓄热器蓄热量与蓄热时间呈线性关系,在5.8 h的蓄热时间内蓄热量可达31.5 kW·h;放热过程中冷凝蓄热器放热量与放热时间呈幂函数关系,在2 h的放热时间内放热量可达9.5 kW·h,平均放热功率为4.7 kW。相关研究成果对该系统在特定场合的应用具有一定的指导作用。 In order to further investigate the dynamic operating characteristics and heat storage and release performance of an air source heat pump system based on phase change heat storage,a heat storage and release test platform of air source heat pump system based on phase change heat storage unit is set up,and an experimental study on this system is carried out.The results showed that the average power consumption,average heating capacity,and average coefficient of performance are 2.3 kW,5.4 kW,and 2.4,respectively,during the heat storage process.The heat storage capacity of condensing heat storage unit had a linear relationship with the storage time,which could reach 31.5 kW·h within the heat storage time of 5.8 h.The heat release capacity of condensing heat storage unit had a power function relationship with the release time,which could reach 9.5 kW·h within the heat release time of 2 h,and the average heat release power is 4.7 kW.The research results can provide an effective guidance on the application of this system in specific occasions.
