摘要
现阶段抗生素滥用引起的药物残留以及细菌耐药性等不良影响越来越被人们所重视,因此迫切需要开发高效绿色且不易产生耐药性的新型抗菌剂。抗菌肽是一类在多种生物中都可以分离出来的阳离子、两亲性多肽,具有广谱抗菌、不易产生耐药性和稳定性好等优点。抗菌肽不仅可以作为抗生素的替代品,还可以作为饲料添加剂使用来提高饲料利用率和动物生长性能,使养殖业的经济效益大大增加。本文主要综述了抗菌肽的结构、基因表达、生物活性等,并进一步探讨其作用机制以及在生产中的应用等,以期为抗菌肽的深入研究和绿色无公害饲料添加剂的开发提供理论依据。
At present,the adverse effects of drug residues and bacterial resistance caused by the abuse of antibiotics are being attracting more and more attention,and there is an urgent need to develop new antimicrobial agents that are efficient,green and do not produce drug re-sistance.Antimicrobial peptides are a class of cationic and amphiphilic peptides that can be isolated from a variety of organisms,have the ad-vantages of broad-spectrum antibacterial function,do not develop drug resistance and possess good stability.Antimicrobial peptides can be used not only as a substitute for antibiotics,but also as feed additives to improve feed utilization and animal growth performance,which will greatly increase the economic benefits of farming.This paper reviews the structure,gene expression and biological activity of antimicrobial peptides,and discusses their mechanism of action and application in production,in order to provide theoretical basis for in-depth research on antimicrobial peptides and development of green and pollution-free feed additives in the future.
