摘要
基于多源数据融合与3D打印技术,完成骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)继发上颌骨坏死患者的术后即刻赝复体制作。在上颌骨切除术前多学科规划手术方案,通过数字化设计并数控制作上颌即刻赝复体,使之能在术后即刻佩戴,恢复其口腔功能及面容美观。患者术后即刻佩戴口鼻瘘得到封闭,能够进行正常发音,容貌改善明显。本文中的全数字化技术可有效应用于上颌即刻赝复治疗,操作效率高,修复效果良好。
An immediate maxillary obturator prosthesis was designed and fabricated by digital technologies for a patient with maxillary osteonecrosis secondary to the myelodysplastic syndrome before maxillectomy in order to reconstruct the oral function and facial appearance after the surgery.The patient's oral function and appearance were improved significantly by the prosthesis.The digital technologies to design and fabricate the prosthesis used in this case could be effectively applied to the immediate reconstruction of maxillary defects with high efficiency and satisfactory outcome.
