摘要
以金属有机骨架ZIF-67为牺牲模板,通过Cu2+调控结构,制备了层状双氢氧化物CoCu-LDH。以CoCu-LDH修饰玻碳电极(GCE),构建多巴胺(DA)电化学传感器(CoCu-LDH/GCE)。结果表明:CoCuLDH/GCE对DA具有出色的电催化活性。在DA浓度3~1000μmol/L和1000~5000μmol/L范围内,该传感器的氧化峰电流与DA浓度呈线性关系,灵敏度分别为708.22μA/(mmol/L·cm^(2))、 285.72μA/(mmol/L·cm^(2))。CoCu-LDH/GCE在10倍浓度干扰物质存在时对DA响应的电流强度变化小于10%,具有良好的抗干扰能力。
Using metal organic framework ZIF-67 as sacrificial template and regulating structure by Cu2,layered double hydroxide CoCu-LDH was prepared.The dopamine(DA)electrochemical sensor(CoCu-LDH/GCE)was constructed by modifying glassy carbon electrode(GCE)by CoCu-LDH.The results showed that CoCu-LDH/GCE had excellent electrocatalytic activity toward DA.In the concentration range of 3-1000μmol/L and 1000-5000μmol/L,the oxidation peak current of the sensor was linearly correlated with the concentration of DA.The sensitivity of the sensor was 708.22μA/(mmol/L·cm^(2))and 285.72μA/(mmol/L·cm^(2)),respectively.In the presence of interfering substances with 10 times of the DA concentration,the change of current intensity of CoCu-LDH/GCE towards DA was less than 10%,indicating a good anti-interference ability.
