摘要 水土保持问题涉及对象点多面广、时空动态变化显著,亟需通过智慧水利建设赋能传统管理模式转型升级,系统提升水土流失防治水平。文章针对水土保持数据资源管理和智慧应用开发存在的瓶颈问题进行分析,提出构建江西省水土保持智慧平台,从算据、算法和智慧应用三个方面阐述了初步构想,以便促进江西省水土保持工作向管理智慧化、决策精准化转型。 The issue of soil and water conservation involves a wide range of objects and features significant spatiotemporal dynamic changes.It is urgent to empower the transformation and upgrading of traditional management models through smart water conservancy construction,and systematically improve the prevention and control of soil and water loss.This article analyzes the bottleneck issues in the management of soil and water conservation data resources and the development of smart applications and proposes the building of a smart platform for soil and water conservation in Jiangxi Province.The initial thoughts are elaborated from three aspects:data,algorithms,and smart applications,with a view to making Jiangxi s soil and water conservation work smarter in management and more precise in decision making.
