变电站电池间火灾后果仿真VR嵌入与人员伤害评估

摘要 为探究变电站电池间发生火灾后对处置人员安全的影响,构建后果影响嵌入虚拟现实模拟测试平台,采用PyroSim导入3DMAX变电站模型后,利用FDS进行锂离子电池火灾数值模拟事故处置人员能见度、CO物质的量之比、温度等危害因素的分布规律以及锂离子电池火灾烟气蔓延扩散特性。将火灾模拟结果中热辐射、CO物质的量之比、CO_(2)物质的量之比等危害因素通过数据接口嵌入到VR应急疏散平台中,结合FED模型分析其扩散特性对应急设备资源布置需求和人员现场查勘救援策略的影响。结果表明,受电池燃烧特性和电池间布局影响,电池组热失控行为呈现多米诺效应,烟气产生速率与扩散速度较快,后果嵌入VR测试平台能反映人员真实应急状态,能对人员在不同情况下的伤害进行评估,并能对空气呼吸器设置位置有效性进行评估。 In order to explore the impact on the safety of the disposal personnel after a fire between batteries in a substation,the construction of the consequences impact embedded in a virtual reality simulation test platform.After using PyroSim to import the 3DMAX substation model,FDS is used to numerically simulate the distribution law of hazard factors such as visibility,CO concentration and temperature of lithium-ion battery fire disposers and the smoke spreading and diffusion characteristics of lithium-ion battery fire.The fire simulation results of thermal radiation,CO concentration,CO_(2)concentration and other hazard factors are embedded into the VR emergency evacuation platform through the data interface,and the impact of their diffusion characteristics on the emergency equipment resource arrangement requirements and personnel site investigation and rescue strategies are analyzed in conjunction with the FED model.The results show that affected by battery combustion characteristics and inter-cell layout,the thermal runaway behavior of the battery pack shows domino effect,and the rate of smoke generation and diffusion is faster.The consequences embedded in the VR test platform can reflect the real emergency state of personnel,and can evaluate the injury of personnel in different response situations and the effectiveness of the air respirator setting position.
