摘要
智慧社区在重塑治理价值、重构治理主体、整合治理资源、强化公共服务等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。针对县级市在推进智慧社区建设过程中面临的困境,提出从加强顶层设计、完善功能设施配套、形成多元主体参与共建的合力、提高社区工作人员专业化能力等多方面着手,全面推进智慧社区的建设。
Smart communities are playing an increasingly important role in reshaping governance values,restructuring governance entities,integrating governance resources,and strengthening public services.In response to the difficulties faced by county⁃level cities in promoting the construction of smart communities,it is proposed to comprehensively promote the construction of smart communities from various aspects,such as strengthening top⁃level design,improving functional facilities,forming a joint force of multiple entities participating in co⁃construction,and improving the professional ability of community workers.
