摘要
针对双层隔振系统振动控制过程中参考信号不稳定的问题,设计了一种基于反馈理论的参考信号重建FXNLMS算法,在多种工况下进行振动主动控制试验。搭建双层隔振主动控制试验平台,采用最小均方算法建立误差通道的FIR滤波器数据通道模型;分析经典FXLMS控制算法,通过获取输出与误差信号对参考信号进行重建,采用归一化方法实时调整步长因子。单频和多频情况下进行仿真分析,结果表明重建信号与实际信号具有很高的重合度,控制系统具有良好的控制效果。试验结果表明,参考信号重建算法比FXLMS算法具有更好的稳定性和抗干扰能力,且不同条件下激励频率处振动衰减量可达15~30 dB。
Here,aiming at the problem of reference signal instability in vibration control process of two-stage vibration isolation system,a feedback theory-based FXLMS algorithm for reference signal reconstruction was designed.Active vibration control tests were conducted under various operating conditions.A two-stage vibration isolation active control test platform was built,and the minimum mean square algorithm was used to establish a FIR filter data channel model for the error channel.The classic FXLMS control algorithm was analyzed,the reference signal was reconstructed by obtaining output and error signals,and the step factor was adjusted in real-time using the normalization method.Simulation analysis was performed under single frequency and multi-frequency conditions.Simulation results showed that the reconstructed signal has a high degree of overlap with the actual signal,and the control system has good control performance.Test results showed that the reference signal reconstruction algorithm has better stability and anti-interference ability than FXLMS algorithm does;vibration attenuation at excitation frequency can reach 15-30 dB under different conditions.
