《西游记》人物蛋雕工艺品的精雕五轴加工技术

摘要 首先,以精雕五轴加工技术为加工形式,采用JDSoft SurfMill 9.5软件,在2D界面下绘制《西游记》人物图片;然后,通过3D曲面投影、曲面测针点分布、曲面联动测量与五轴加工曲线编程等,将数字控制(NC)程序导入精雕五轴加工技术.最后,采用R0.2雕刻刀加工鸡蛋,充分运用鸡蛋曲面的截面,完成《西游记》人物蛋雕工艺品.实验结果表明:精雕五轴加工技术具有高精度、高定位、高分度、高稳定性,且线条宽窄、深浅与模型一致,可批量复制加工等优点. Firstly,using five axis precision carving technology as the processing form,JDSoft SurfMill 9.5 software is used to draw the character images of Journey to the West in a 2D interface.The numerical control(NC)program is then imported into the five axis precision carving machine through 3D surface projection,surface needle point distribution,surface linkage measurement,and five axis machining curve programming.Finally,R0.2 carving cutter is used to process the egg surface and realize the egg carving handicraft of the characters in Journey to the West by fully utilizing the cross-section of the egg surface.The experimental results show that the five axis precision carving technology has the advantages of high precision,high positioning,high indexing,high stability,meanwhile the width and depth of the lines are consistent with the model,which can be replicated and processed in batches.
