摘要
对27 MW高炉风机用同步电动机的转子设计和计算进行了全面的介绍,主要介绍了轴和极靴结构、转子引线结构,并计算了转子各部分的刚强度。通过认真研究和自主创新,熟悉并掌握了此类电机转子的设计和分析技术,为同类型电机的转子设计提供了一些有益的参考。
The design and calculation of the rotor of synchronous motor for 27 MW blast furnace fan have been roundly introduced in this paper,in which,the structure of shaft,pole shoe and rotor lead mainly introduced and the stiffness of each part of rotor calculated.Through careful research and independent innovation,the design and analysis technology of this kind of motor rotor have been familiar with and mastered,with some helpful references provided for the design of the rotor on the same type motor.
