摘要
采用HClO_(4)预氧化、FeCl_(3)进一步氧化络合方法联合浸出品位低、成分杂的卡林型金矿中的金。机理分析认为,在浸出前期加入HClO_(4)将金属硫化物中的硫以高价态硫酸根离子、硫酸氢根离子等形式进入溶液而脱除,减少单质硫形成钝化膜包裹从而阻碍金属硫化物的解离,同时保证体系中一定初始浓度的[Fe^(3+)]、[Cl^(-)],有利于后续FeCl_(3)浸金。正交试验研究表明,选定的4个因素对金浸出率的影响顺序为HClO_(4)体积分数>FeCl_(3)浓度>浸出温度>HClO_(4)预氧化时间,得到的较优浸出条件为HClO_(4)体积分数6%、预氧化时间1h、FeCl_(3)浓度1.8mol/L、40℃浸出5h,在该条件下卡林型金矿金的浸出率为71.02%。
Gold in Carlin-type gold ore with a low grade and mixed compositions was leached out by HClO_(4)preoxidation treatment and FeCl_(3)oxidation-complexation process.The mechanism analysis reveals that HClO_(4)added in the early stage of leaching can oxide the sulfur in the metal sulfide to high-valent sulfate ions and hydrogen sulfate,reducing the formation of passive film wrapped by elemental sulfur and accelerating the dissociation of metal sulfide.The initial concentration of[Fe^(3+)]and[Cl^(-)]in the system can facilitate the subsequent leaching of gold with FeCl_(3).The orthogonal test shows that the order of influence of the selected four factors on gold leaching rate is HClO_(4)volume percentage>FeCl_(3)concentration>extraction temperature>HClO_(4)preoxidation time.The optimum leaching conditions were obtained as follows:6%of HClO_(4)volume fraction,pre-oxidation for 1h,1.8 mol/L of FeCl_(3)and leaching at 40℃for 5 h.Under these conditions,the gold leaching rate from Carlin-type gold ore was 71.02%.
