摘要
目的探析采取综合性管理措施对于心脏瓣膜置换术后并发心力衰竭(心衰)患者的临床应用价值。方法纳入2018年1月至2021年10月收治心脏机械瓣膜置换术治疗后出现心衰并发症患者100例,用数字随机表方式将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组提供对症护理干预,观察组提供综合性管理措施干预。从患者对护理措施质量评价、干预前后心理状态及生存质量对两种护理模式进行评价。结果观察组患者对接受管理措施干预质量评价分数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组依从性优良率(96.00%)显著高于对照组的(76.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者管理后焦虑情绪、抑郁情绪评分低于对照组,生存质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为心脏瓣膜置换术后并发心衰患者提供综合性管理措施可进一步提高护理质量,对患者负性情绪、生存质量也有积极影响,值得推广。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of comprehensive management measures in patients with heart failure after cardiac valve replacement.Methods A total of 100 patients with heart failure complications after mechanical heart valve replacement in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2021 were enrolled,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 patients per group.Symptomatic nursing intervention and comprehensive management intervention were performed in the control group and observation group,respectively.Patients’evaluation on nursing measures,psychological state and quality of life before and after intervention were compared between groups.Results The evaluation score of the quality of nursing intervention in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent compliance rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(96.00%vs 76.0%,P<0.05).After nursing management,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the scores of quality of life were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion A comprehensive management measures provided to patients with heart failure after cardiac valve replacement can further improve the quality of nursing,which has positive effects on patients’negative emotions and quality of life deserving clinical promotion.
