摘要
针对页岩油压裂返排液量大且集中、成分复杂、水质波动大、运行成本高的问题,需要开展返排液水质特性分析及循环利用技术研究。通过技术调研,明确工艺方向;对返排液现场取样,水质跟踪监测,了解单井返排液水质变化情况。通过室内试验,掌握了室内沉降特性、加药效果、气浮特性,两口单井返排液分别进行室内气浮15 min和45 min后,达到含油、悬浮物固体质量浓度≤50 mg/L的指标,确定了气浮处理工艺的可行性。根据技术调研和室内气浮试验结果,形成了破胶+两级气浮为主的返排液处理工艺,立足于橇装化、系列化设计,实现可复制、可搬迁,并且可重复利用,使返排液处理后用于复配压裂液,实现返排液就地处理、就近复配利用。
To address the problems of large and concentrated volume,complex composition,large water quality fluctuations,and high operation cost of shale oil fracturing flowback fluid,the water quality characteristics analysis and recycling technology research of flowback fluid are carried out.A technical investigation is conducted to clarify the process direction,and through on-site sampling of flowback fluid and water quality tracking monitoring,the water quality changes of single well flowback fluid are clarified.Indoor experiments are carried out to master the indoor sedimentation characteristics,dosing effect,and air flotation characteristics.After indoor air flotation for 15 minutes and 45 minutes respectively,the flowback fluid from two single wells reaches the indicators of oil and suspended solids content≤50 mg/L,the feasibility of the air flotation treatment process is determined.According to the technical investigation and indoor air flotation test results,a“gel breaking+two-stage air flotation”based flowback fluid treatment process is formed.This process is based on skid-mounted and serialized design,achieving replicability,relocatability,and reusability.After the flowback fluid is treated,it is used for compounding fracturing fluid,allowing the flowback fluid to be processed on-site and reused nearby.
