摘要
目的探讨一种实用新型神经外科手术器械托盘的研制与临床应用效果。方法根据神经外科手术特点,作者研制了一款新型神经外科手术器械托盘。采用随机数字分组法将中山市某三甲医院符合条件的100名手术室护士分为试验组和对照组,试验组使用新型神经外科手术器械托盘,对照组使用传统神经外科手术器械托盘,然后于2021年7月至2021年9月对这100名手术室护士进行问卷调查,以了解两种神经外科器械托盘的使用效果。结果新型神经外科器械托盘在功效性、操控性、抗损性、灵活性、便利性、实用性、综合性能以及传递器械耗时量方面都优于传统神经外科器械托盘(P<0.05)。结论该实用新型神经外科手术器械托盘解决了传统神经外科器械托盘使用中的问题,为护理工作提供便利,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the development and clinical application effect of a new type of tray for neurosurgical instrument.Methods According to the characteristics of neurosurgery,a new type of neurosurgical instrument tray was developed.A random number grouping method was used to divide 100 eligible operating room nurses in a tertiary hospital in Zhongshan into an experimental group and a control group,with the experimental group using the new neurosurgical instrument tray and the control group using the traditional neurosurgical instrument tray,and then a questionnaire survey was conducted on these 100 operating room nurses from July 2021 to September 2021 to understand the effects of using the two neurosurgical instrument trays.Results The new neurosurgical instrument tray was better than the traditional one(P<0.05)in efficacy,operability,injury resistance,flexibility,convenience,practicality and the time consuming amount for transferring equipment.Conclusions The utility model of neurosurgical instrument tray solves the problems existing in the use of traditional neurosurgical instrument tray,and provides convenience for nursing work,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
