摘要
芍药苷是从传统中药芍药干燥根中提取的有效成分。现代药理研究表明,芍药苷能够通过抗心肌细胞氧化、抑制心肌细胞凋亡、抑制心肌炎症、调节自噬、调节MAPK及PI3K/Akt等信号转导通路发挥心脏保护作用。然而目前尚无有关芍药苷心脏保护作用机制的系统梳理。本文综述了国内外有关芍药苷心脏保护作用及作用机制的研究进展,为芍药苷的心血管药物研发提供参考。
Paeoniflorin is extracted from dried roots of traditional Chinese medicine paeoniflorin.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that paeoniflorin can exert cardioprotective effect by anti-cardiomyocyte oxidation,inhibiting cardiomyocyte apoptosis and inflammation,and regulating autophagy,and signal transduction pathways such as MAPK and PI3K/Akt.However,there is no systematic analysis of the cardioprotection mechanism of paeoniflorin.This paper reviewed the research progress in the cardioprotective effect and mechanism of paeoniflorin at home and abroad,aiming to provide reference for the research and development of cardiovascular drugs.
