基于小型PLC的多模式火电DCS控制模块设计

摘要 火电DCS控制模块可以对火电厂各项参数进行实时监测,实现对发电过程的控制,但其组态特性和传统PLC面临的接线逻辑都较为复杂,大大增加了控制的复杂性。对此,提出基于小型PLC的多模式火电DCS控制模块设计。通过分析其能量平衡特性构建了火电单元机组动态约束模型,基于动态约束模型设计基于小型PLC的火电DCS控制模块;根据设计的DCS控制模块,利用阶跃响应模型分析火电机组运行状态,根据运行状态结果实现火电机组的控制。经实验表明:小型PLC下的DCS控制模型对指令响应时间短,且整体抗干扰能力较强。 The DCS control module of thermal power plants can monitor various parameters in real time and control the power generation process.However,its configuration characteristics and the wiring logic faced by traditional PLC are relatively complex,greatly increasing the complexity of control.In response,a multi-mode thermal power DCS control module design based on a small PLC is proposed.A dynamic constraint model for thermal power unit units was constructed by analyzing their energy balance characteristics,and a small PLC based thermal power DCS control module was designed based on the dynamic constraint model.According to the designed DCS control module,the step response model is used to analyze the operation status of the thermal power unit,and the control of the thermal power unit is realized according to the operation status results.Experiments have shown that the DCS control model under a small PLC has a short response time to instructions and strong overall anti-interference ability.
