摘要
针对如何解决高岩面深基坑传统格构立柱桩成孔工效低、垂直度控制低下,影响盖板及基坑支护结构的安全性问题,依据项目实际情况,通过钢管格构立柱桩在盖挖法高岩面深基坑中的应用研究,提出了“大桩变小桩、角钢改钢管”的钢管格构立柱桩替代方法,大大提高了成孔工效、保障格构立柱桩垂直度,提高盖板及基坑支护结构的安全性,有效地解决了传统格构柱在碰到硬度较高的片麻岩、花岗岩等岩层则难于成孔的施工难题。
In view of how to solve the problems of low pore-forming efficiency and low verticality control of traditional lattice column pile in high rock face deep foundation pit,which affect the safety of cover plate and foundation pit supporting structure,according to the ac-tual situation of the project,through the application research of steel pipe lattice column pile in cover excavation method of high rock face deep foundation pit,the alternative method of steel pipe lattice column pile is put forward,which is"big pile to small pile,angle steel to steel pipe".It greatly improves the perforation efficiency,guarantees the verticality of lattice column pile,improves the safety of cover plate and foundation pit supporting structure,and effectively solves the construction problem that traditional lattice column is difficult to perforate when it encounters gneiss,granite and other rock strata with high hardness.
