摘要
目的分析人性化手术室舒适护理在凶险性前置胎盘剖宫产产妇中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2023年4月拟于连云港市妇幼保健院行剖宫产的58例凶险性前置胎盘产妇,利用抽签法分为两组,各29例。对照组采用传统手术室护理,观察组采用人性化手术室舒适护理。分别在护理前(术前访视)、护理后(麻醉前)测定两组焦虑评分、抑郁评分、舒适度评分,统计两组产后出血发生率、输血率、子宫切除率。结果观察组的产后出血发生率、输血率、子宫切除率及护理后的焦虑评分和抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),护理后的舒适度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化手术室舒适护理能够提高凶险性前置胎盘剖宫产产妇的心理调适效果以及舒适度水平,降低产后出血发生率、输血率、子宫切除率,推广应用意义重大。
Objective To analyze the application effect of humanized operating room comfort care in dangerous placenta praevia women with cesarean section.Methods A total of 58 cases of dangerous placenta praevia women who planned to undergo cesarean section in Lianyungang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to April 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by lottery method,29 cases in each group.The control group used traditional operating room care,and the observation group adopted humanized operating room comfort care.Anxiety score,depression score and comfort score were measured before nursing(preoperative visit)and after nursing(before anesthesia),and the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,blood transfusion rate and hysterectomy rate were calculated to compare the above observed indicators.Results The incidence of postpartum bleeding,transfusion rate,hysterectomy rate,anxiety score and depression score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the comfort score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized operating room comfort care can improve the psychological adjustment effect and comfort level of dangerous placenta praevia women with cesarean section,and reduce the incidence of postpartum bleeding,blood transfusion rate,hysterectomy rate,with great significance for promotion and ap plication.
