摘要
目的探讨精细化护理在支气管肺炎雾化吸入患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至12月于菏泽市妇幼保健院进行雾化吸入治疗的90例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为基础组与精细组,每组各45例。基础组予以基础护理,精细组予以精细化护理。比较两组依从性、临床症状改善时间及肺功能指标。结果精细组总依从率高于基础组(P<0.05)。精细组咳嗽改善时间、哮鸣音消失时间及退热时间均短于基础组(P<0.05)。干预后,精细组肺功能指标均优于基础组(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理在支气管肺炎雾化吸入患儿中的应用效果较好,可提高患儿依从性,辅助改善临床症状,有效提高肺功能,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application effect of fine nursing in children with bronchopneumonia treated with aerosol inhalation.Methods From January to December 2022,90 children with bronchial pneumonia who were treated with atomization inhalation in Heze Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random lottery method,they were divided into the basic group and the fine group,with 45 children in each group.The basic group was given basic nursing,and the fine group was given fine nursing.The compliance,improvement time of clinical symptoms and pulmonary function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate of the fine group was higher than that of the basic group(P<0.05).The improvement time of cough,disappearance time of wheezing sound and fever in the fine group was shorter than that in the basic group(P<0.05).After intervention,the lung function indexes of the fine group were better than those of the basic group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of the fine nursing in children with bronchopneumonia treated with aerosol inhalation is good,which can improve the compliance of children,assist to improve clinical symptoms,effectively improve lung function,and is worthy of c linical promotion and application.
