摘要
目的在混合痔手术患者的护理过程中,采用加速外科理念联合中医护理技术的临床应用效果。方法选取70例混合痔手术患者作为研究对象,选取徐州市中医院2021年4月至2022年2月期间内收治,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组与观察组各35例,对照组给予常规护理干预模式,观察组给予中医护理技术联合加速外科理念,对比两组患者术后不同时间段的疼痛程度、排便功能,住院天数以及并发症发生率。结果通过本次研究发现,两组护理方法对患者(疼痛程度与排便功能)重复测量方差分析显示存在交互、组间、时间效应比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者的住院天数明显缩短,观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加速外科理念联合中医护理技术干预模式的应用,能够明显改善混合痔手术患者的疼痛程度,排便功能及住院天数,有效降低并发症的发生概率,效果显著。
Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of accelerated surgical concept combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology in the nursing process of patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery.Methods A total of 70 patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery treated in Xuzhou City Hospital of TCM from April 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention mode,while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology combined with accelerated surgery concept.The pain degree,defecation function,length of stay and complication rate of the two groups were compared in different time periods.Results Through this study,it was found that the repeated measurement ANOVA of the two groups of nursing methods on patients(pain degree and defecation function)showed that there were interaction,inter-group and time effects comparison,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the days of hospitalization in the observation group were significantly shortened,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of the accelerated surgical concept combined with the intervention mode of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology can significantly improve the pain degree,defecation function and hospitalization days of patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery,effectively reduce the probability of complications,and the effect is significant.
