摘要
目的 探讨个体化康复治疗在住院脑卒中偏瘫患者康复中的临床效果。方法 选择2020年5月-2022年12月本院治疗的脑卒中偏瘫患者68例,并按照随机方式分为对照组与研究组,每组各34例,对照组采取常规康复治疗,研究组采取个体化康复治疗,比较两组患者神经功能、肢体运动功能、日常生活自理能力以及预后生活质量的改善情况。结果 研究组康复治疗后上肢、下肢肢体运动功能评分均较对照组更高(P<0.05);康复治疗后研究组患者NIHSS评分较对照组低,Barthel指数评分则较对照组更高(P<0.05);且康复治疗后研究组躯体疼痛、生理机能、生理职能、情感职能、精神健康、精力、一般健康状况及社会功能评分,均较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论 脑卒中偏瘫患者康复中给予个体化康复治疗,可以有效地改善患者神经功能、肢体运动功能,从而利于患者日常生活自理能力的增强,以达到改善预后生存质量的目的,值得推广。
Objective To explore clinical effect of individualized rehabilitation therapy in rehabilitation of hospitalized stroke hemiplegic patients.Methods The paper chose 68 patients with stroke hemiplegia who hospitalized from May 2020 to December 2022,and divided them into control group and study group randomly in average,34 cases in each group.The former group was treated with routine rehabilitation treatment,while the latter group with individualized rehabilitation treatment.Improvement of neurological function,limb motor function,daily living ability and prognosis life quality between two groups was compared.Results After rehabilitation treatment,motor function scores of the upper and lower limbs in study group were higher than control group(P<0.05).After rehabilitation treatment,the NIHSS scores in study group were lower than control group;Barthel index scores were higher than control group(P<0.05).After rehabilitation treatment,study group had higher scores for physical pain,physiological function,physiological function,emotional function,mental health,energy,general health status and social function than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized rehabilitation treatment can improve neurological and limb motor functions effectively,enhance activities of daily living and achieve the goal of improving prognosis and life quality of hospitalized stroke patients with hemiplegia,which is worthy of promotion.
