摘要
目的探讨微课+翻转课堂的教学方法在内科学急性胰腺炎临床教学中的应用价值,提高教学质量与满意度。方法选择2021年1月1日-2021年12月31日在某院消化内科学习的35名学生为教学研究对象,采用微课+翻转课堂方式授课;同时以2020年1月1日-2020年12月31日采用传统讲授教学方式授课的35名学生为对照组。采用基础理论知识、临床操作能力考核及教学质量调查来评估教学效果。结果实验组学生基础理论知识考核成绩为(89.67±6.58)分,明显高于对照组的(77.45±7.35)分,差异有统计学意义;实验组学生临床操作能力考核成绩为(90.12±4.96)分,显著高于对照组的(78.82±6.51)分,2组差异具有统计学意义;实验组的学生对微课+翻转课堂教学法的满意度为91.4%,优于对照组。结论微课+翻转课堂教学法能促进学生对知识点的理解、记忆及运用,有效提高相关知识理论考试成绩及临床操作能力,提高教学质量及教学满意度。
ObjectivesThis study aims to explore the application value of micro-lecture combined with flipped classroom teaching methods in the clinical teaching of acute pancreatitis in internal medicine.Methods 35 students from January 1,2021 to December 31,2021 who were studying in the Department of Gastroenterology of a hospital were selected as the teaching research objects.Micro class+flipped classroom teaching method was adopted.At the same time,35 students from January 1,2020 to December 31,2020 who were taught by traditional teaching methods were selected into the control group.Basic theoretical knowledge,clinical operation ability assessment,and teaching quality survey were used to evaluate the teaching effect.ResultsThe score of students in the experimental group was 89.67±6.58,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.45±7.35).The score of students in the experimental group in the clinical operation ability examination was 90.12±4.96 points,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.82±6.51).The satisfaction of the students in the experimental group with the micro-class+flipped classroom teaching method was 91.4%,which was better than that of the control group.Conclusions Micro class+flipped classroom teaching method can promote students'understanding,memory,and application of knowledge points.It can effectively improve relevant knowledge theory test scores and clinical operation ability and improve teaching quality and teaching satisfaction.
