摘要
基于皮肤牵张术设计的皮肤牵张装置,由于其操作简单,相较于传统治疗方法创面愈合效果较好,目前已在临床得到广泛应用。本文对皮肤牵张装置的理论基础、临床常见牵张装置的优势与不足、临床应用注意事项及禁忌证进行综述,并展望了皮肤牵张装置未来的发展方向。
The skin stretching device designed based on skin stretching technique has been widely used in clinical practice due to its simple operation and better wound healing effect compared with the traditional treatment method.This paper reviews the theoretical basis,the advantages and disadvantages of common clinical stretching device,the precautions and contraindications of clinical application,and discusses the future development direction of skin stretching device.
