摘要
为解决番茄生产中的裂果问题,以5个具有不同裂果性的番茄品种为材料,持续降雨10d后测定转红期果实中4种矿质元素钙(Ca)、钾(K)、硼(B)、镁(Mg)及半纤维素、总果胶、果实水分的含量和细胞壁降解相关酶的活性。结果表明:a组大果番茄耐裂品种DRT中Ca、K、B、Mg、半纤维素、总果胶的含量及降解β-半乳糖苷酶(β-Gal)、降解果胶甲酯酶(PME)的活性均显著高于易裂品种DNT,但多聚半乳糖醛酸酶(PG)、降解纤维素酶(CX)的活性显著低于易裂品种;b组中小果耐裂品种SRT中Ca、半纤维素的含量、β-Gal和PG的活性显著高于易裂品种MNT、SNT,但K、B、Mg、总果胶的含量和CX的活性显著低于易裂品种。由此可知,Ca、半纤维素的含量及CX的活性3个指标不受果型对于裂果性的影响,是直接产生番茄裂果性的关键生理指标。本研究取得的结果可为番茄生产中裂果问题提供理论依据,并为选育出耐裂番茄品种提供基础。
In order to solve the problem of fruit cracking in tomato production,five tomato varieties with different fruit cracking properties were used as experimental materials.After continuous rainfall for 10 days,the contents of calcium(Ca),potassium(K),boron(B),magnesium(Mg),hemicellulose,total pectin,fruit water and the activities of enzymes related to cell wall degradation in the red turning fruit were determined.The results showed that the contents of calcium,potassium,boron,magnesium,hemicellulose and the activities ofβ-Galactosidase(β-Gal)and pectin methylesterase(PME)in DRT of Group a with large fruit tomato varieties with crack resistance were significantly higher than those of DNT,but the activities of polygalacturonase(PG)and cellulase(CX)were significantly lower than those of the easily cracked varieties.The content of Ca,hemicellulose,β-Gal and PG in SRT of group a with small fruit tomato varieties with crack resistance were significantly higher than those of the easily cracked varieties MNT and SNT,but the contents of K,B,Mg,total pectin and the activities of CX were significantly lower than those of the easily cracked varieties.The results of this experiment showed that the contents of calcium and hemicellulose,and the activity of CX,which were not affected by fruit type on fruit cracking,were three key physiological indicators that directly produced tomato fruit cracking.Through the application of the results of this study,it was possible to provide a theoretical basis for the problem of fruit cracking in tomato production and selecting tomato varieties with crack resistance.
