摘要
目的:观察混元灸结合脐针治疗肝郁气滞型乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法:将60例诊断为肝郁气滞型乳腺增生的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采取混元灸结合脐针治疗,取双侧厥阴俞进行艾灸,取艮位、兑位,配合双侧太冲、合谷进行针刺治疗,隔日一次;对照组采用口服乳癖消片,每次3片,每日3次,2个月后对比两组患者治疗前后乳房的疼痛等级、肿块质地、肿块大小等评分情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者在乳房疼痛评分方面均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),混元灸结合脐针组优于药物组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者在肿块质地、范围、大小评分方面均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),两组组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:混元灸结合脐针可减轻乳腺增生患者的乳房疼痛,缩小乳腺增生肿块,具有良好临床疗效。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of mixed moxibustion combined with the umbilical needle in treating breast hyperplasia with liver-qi stagnation syndrome.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treat‐ment group was treated with mixed moxibustion combined with the umbilical needle.Moxibustion treatment with Jueyin Shu on both sides,and acu‐puncture treatment with Gen position and Dui position,combined with bilateral Taichong and Hegu,once every other day.The control group was treated with drug therapy,Rupixiao Pian,three times a day and three pills every time.After two months,the pain score,texture,and size of the breast were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After the treatment,the pain degree in both groups were significantly alleviated than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The texture and mass size scores of the two groups were improved after treatment,but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclu‐sion:Mixed moxibustion combined with umbilical needle can alleviate breast pain,reduce the size of breast hyperplasia,and has an excellent clinical effect on patients with breast hyperplasia with liver qi stagnation type.
