摘要
以浙江药科职业大学—岛津企业管理(中国)有限公司新型产教融合实训基地为例,通过综合分析提炼出评价校企共建实训基地的指标,构建了实训基地条件、师资队伍建设、实训基地功能、培养质量、满意度5个一级指标19个二级指标的评价体系。应用层次分析法对各个评价指标确定了权重,采用模糊综合评价法对校企共建实训基地进行了评价,较客观地反映了实训基地的现状。通过对评价结果的分析,提出改进的方法和途径,为今后加强校企共建合作、推进校企协同育人、促进教育教学改革提供一定的思路与方法。
Taking Shimadzu Laboratory for Zhejiang Pharmaceutical University industry-education integration training base as an example,the indicators for evaluating the training base were refined through comprehensive analysis,and an evaluation system of 19 factors in five aspects,including training base condition,faculty construction,training base function,training quality and satisfaction was constructed.The evaluation indexes were weighted by applying the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE)method was applied to evaluate the training base,which can objectively reflect the current situation.Through the analysis of the evaluation results,methods and approaches for improvement are found,which provide ideas and methods for the future enhancement of school-enterprise cooperation,promoting school-enterprise collaborative education and promoting education and teaching reform.
