摘要
目的:探讨麻醉后监护治疗室(PACU)对全身麻醉患者主动进行保暖护理的效果。方法:选取2022年1—12月于湖北省潜江市中心医院需进入PACU的全身麻醉患者200例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组行常规保暖护理,观察组行主动保暖护理。比较两组入PACU 5、15、30 min及离开PACU时的体温、心率、平均动脉压,麻醉后不良反应发生情况以及麻醉后完全清醒时间。结果:入PACU 5、15、30 min,两组体温、心率、平均动脉压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出PACU时,观察组体温、心率高于对照组,平均动脉压低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组完全清醒时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:PACU对全身麻醉患者行主动保暖护理,能够有效缓解术后低温,降低麻醉后不良反应发生率,缩短清醒时间。
Objective:To explore the effect of proactive warm care on general anesthesia patients in post anesthesia care unit(PACU).Methods:From January 2022 to December 2022,200 patients under general anesthesia who needed to enter the PACU in Qianjiang Central Hospital of Hubei Province were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group underwent routine warm care,and the observation group underwent proactive warm care.The two groups were compared in the body temperature,heart rate,mean arterial pressure when entering PACU for 5,15,and 30 min and leaving PACU,occurrence of adverse reactions after anesthesia,and time of full awakening after anesthesia.Results:There were no significant differences in body temperature,heart rate and mean arterial pressure between the two groups when entering PACU for 5,15,and 30 min(P>0.05).When leaving PACU,the body temperature and heart rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the mean arterial pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The time of full awakening in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of proactive warm care to general anesthesia patients in PACU can effectively alleviate postoperative hypothermia,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after anesthesia,and shorten awakening time.
