摘要
目的:探讨特殊透刺联合腹四针温针灸法治疗恢复期面神经炎(气血亏虚证)的临床效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2022年5月玉溪市中医医院收治的恢复期面神经炎(气血亏虚证)患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组采用常规针刺治疗,研究组采用特殊透刺联合腹四针温针灸法。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗1、2、3个疗程时,观察组疗效均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组瞬目反射潜伏期波幅低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:特殊透刺联合腹四针温针灸法治疗恢复期面神经炎(气血亏虚证)的有效率高,可改善患者面神经功能,值得临床应用。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of special penetration acupuncture needling combined with abdominal four-needle warm needling in the treatment of recovering facial nerve paralysis(qi and blood deficiency syndrome).Methods:60 patients with facial nerve paralysis in recovery period(qi and blood deficiency syndrome)admitted to Yuxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the study group using the randomized numerical table method,each with 30 cases.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,and the study group was treated with special penetration needling combined with abdominal four-needle warm acupuncture.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:At first,second and third courses of treatment,the therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After finishing of treatment,The blink reflex latencies in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The special penetration needling combined with abdominal four-needle warm needling method for the treatment of recovering facial nerve paralysis(qi and blood deficiency)works well and can improve the function of patients'facial nerve,which is worthy of further clinical application.
