摘要
为科学开展烟草猝倒病的绿色防控,采用室内生长速率法测定瓜果腐霉菌(Pythium aphanidermatum)对不同浓度木醋液的敏感性,并开展小区防效试验。结果表明,在室内毒力测试中,木醋液原液对其毒力最高,抑制率为100%,与药剂对照差异显著;其次为50倍稀释液,抑制率为70.54%。在小区防效试验中,木醋液原液、50倍稀释液防效分别为84.00%、76.07%,与药剂对照差异显著,但用该浓度浸泡烟草种子未发芽。生产上可以应用木醋液原液、50倍稀释液开展烟草猝倒病的防控,但慎用浸种方式。
In order to conduct green prevention and control of tobacco damp off,the sensitivity of Pythium aphanidermatum to different concentrations of wood vinegar were determined by growth rate method,and the field control effect experiment was carried out.The results showed that the toxicity of wood vinegar was the highest in the indoor toxicity test with the inhibition rate of 100%,had significant difference with reagent controls;the secondly was 50-fold dilution with the inhibition rate of 70.54%.In the field efficacy test,the efficacy of wood vinegar solution and 50-fold dilution were 84.00%and 76.07%,and had significant difference with reagent controls,but the tobacco seeds soaked with it did not germinate.In production,the raw solution of wood vinegar and 50-fold dilution could be used to prevent and control tobacco damp off,but the seed soaking method was cautious.
