摘要
实施《青少年体育活动促进计划》是一项国家推动的专项工程。探讨《青少年体育活动促进计划》的生成逻辑与时代价值,明确新时期青少年体育活动促进工作的行动逻辑及发展方向,对贯彻落实党和国家关于青少年体育活动的战略部署具有重要意义。《青少年体育活动促进计划》酝酿于全社会对健康追求的宏观时代背景,生成于党和国家对青少年体质健康的高度关注与期许之中。全面实施《青少年体育活动促进计划》能够有效遏制我国青少年体质健康下滑,助力体育强国、健康中国建设,对于深入推进全民健身、体教融合重大政策,促进青少年全面发展,贯彻落实《中华人民共和国体育法》意义重大。新时代青少年体育活动促进工作,要瞄向体育活动全面广泛、保障条件坚实有力、政策体系健全等点位持续发力。
The implementation of The Youth Sports Promotion Program is a special project promoted by the state.It is of great significance to explore the generation logic and the time value of The Youth Sports Promotion Program,and to clarify the action logic and the development direction of the youth sports promotion work in the new period,so as to carry out the Party and the state on the deployment of sports activities for young people is of great significance.The Youth Sports Promotion Program was conceived against the background of the whole society’s pursuit of health,and came into being with the high concern and expectation of the Party and the state for the youth’s physical health.The comprehensive implementation of The Youth Sports Promotion Program can effectively curb the decline in the physical Health of young people,contribute to the construction of a leading sporting nation and a Healthy China,and is of great significance to further advance the major policy of national fitness and integration of sports and education,promote the all-round development of young people,and implement Law of the People's Republic of China on Sports.In the new era,the promotion of youth sports should focus on the wide spread of sports activities,strong guarantee conditions and sound policy system.
