摘要
为探究组织化对粮农参与农业生产托管决策的影响,并分析土地细碎化在其中扮演何种角色,本文依据粮农参与农业生产托管的决策过程,将粮农生产托管参与决策划分为“参与意愿”“参与行为”“参与程度”三个方面,运用Triple-Hurdle模型及交互作用模型,基于山东省5市8个乡镇399份粮农微观调研数据,分析组织化、土地细碎化对上述三方面的影响。结果表明:(1)组织化能显著正向影响粮农参与生产托管决策;(2)土地细碎化在组织化和粮农参与生产托管决策间起到负向调节作用;(3)组织化对粮农参与生产托管决策的影响存在组间差异,相较于年轻粮农和非平原地区粮农,组织化对年长粮农和平原地区粮农的农业生产托管决策影响更大。因此,应不断提高各类村社组织的统筹协调能力,强化粮农组织化认识,因地制宜地推动农业生产托管服务发展。
In order to explore the impact of organization on the decision-making process of grain and agriculture participation in agricultural production trust,and to analyze the role of land fragmentation in it,this paper divides the decision-making process of grain and agriculture participation in agricultural production trust into"willingness to participate",“participation behavior”and“participation degree”,using the Triple-Hurdle model and interaction model,based on 399 grain and agricultural micro survey data from 5 cities and 8 towns in Shandong Province,the impact of organization and land fragmentation on the above three aspects was analyzed.The results show that:(1)Organization can significantly and positively affect the decision-making of grain and agriculture participation in production trust;(2)Land fragmentation plays a negative regulatory role between organization and grain and agriculture participation in production trust decision-making;(3)Organization has an impact on grain and agriculture participation in production trust decision-making.There are inter-group differences in the impact of participation in production trusteeship decisions.Compared with young grain farmers and grain farmers in non-plain areas,organization has a greater impact on the agricultural production trusteeship decisions of older grain farmers and grain farmers in plain areas.Therefore,the overall planning and coordination capabilities of various village community organizations should be continuously improved,Food and agricultural organizational awareness should be strengthened,and the development of agricultural production trust services should be promoted in accordance with local conditions.
