摘要
为研究储藏环境中的氧气浓度对稻谷储藏品质的影响,本文分析了在不同氧气浓度条件下(15%、5%)储存稻谷的脂肪酸值变化。研究表明,地下库准低温的储存条件下,氧气浓度为15%时稻谷具有更好的储存品质。
In order to study the effect of oxygen concentration in the storage environment on the storage quality of paddy,this paper analyzes the changes in fatty acid values of paddy stored at different oxygen concentrations(15%and 5%).It was shown that under the quasi-cold storage conditions of underground storage,paddy had better storage quality at 15%oxygen concentration.
