摘要
碳达峰和碳中和(双碳目标)是我国应对气候变化做出的庄严承诺,自然资源作为碳源汇的重要组成部分,对其建立自动化、智能化的监测体系是实现双碳目标的重要基础。目前我国的自然资源监测体系主要面对土地利用和自然生态的空间分布数量、格局情况,在碳监测和评估方面上尚有不足。本文提出空天地全空间的监测体系:以遥感时空监测为常规监测、地面碳通量和碳排放监测为专项监测、多源数据融合和智能化碳评估模型为监测业务中台。通过地理格网化的方法自动化、智能化地动态获取我国自然资源的本底状况和碳源汇能力。该自然资源监测体系有助于全面、深刻认识我国自然生态系统的固碳能力和双碳压力,能够为顺利实现双碳目标提供技术支撑。
Carbon peaking and carbon neutralization(double carbon goal)are solemn commitments made by China to deal with climate change.Natural resources are an important part of carbon source and sink.The establishment of automatic and intelligent monitoring system is an important basis for realizing the double carbon goal.At present,China′s natural resources monitoring system mainly focusesonthe spatial distribution quantity and pattern of land use and natural ecology.There are still deficiencies in carbon monitoring and assessment.This paper puts forward the whole space monitoring system of land and space:taking remote sensing spatio-temporal monitoring as routine monitoring,ground carbon flux and carbon emission monitoring as special monitoring,multi-source data fusion and intelligent carbon assessment model as the monitoring business platform.Through the grid method,the background status of China′s natural resources and carbon source and sink capacity can be obtained automatically and intelligently.The natural resources monitoring system canhelp to deeply understand the carbon sequestration capacity and dual carbon pressure of China′s natural ecosystem and can provide technical support for the realization of the dual carbon goal.
